Old stories and emotions are stuck in body.

When we allow to tap in they can come to the surface for us to process them by feeling them. By moving through then in a safe container and group, we get to re-write that old limiting story and re-energize the body with the energy we used to hold back our emotions and true self.

By leaning in, by challenging the fear, by being supported and guided. It’s a decision we can all make to liberate ourselves and others.
